“The room was not ready. We waited 45-1hr. Then the mirror in bathroom was not clean had handprints all over. There wasn't a bath mat, there were only two bath towels one for each guest. Toiletries were enough for two people. TV would not come on desk personnel stated outage?? The breakfast buffet was excellent!! Checked out early since tv not working. No offer to check it out other than say there was a power outage. I rate this 3 only because a great breakfast buffet. The Lobby was clean! I……

“This formerly independent hotel was just purchased by a major name brand a few weeks before our stay, and they were right in the middle of the major makeover while we were there. The hotel is in desperate need of updates, deep cleaning, and repairs, which they were working on, but there was junk everywhere, doors, mattresses, & appliances lining the hallways & lobby, construction noise early in the mornings, etc. I get it, they're working on it, but our stay was definitely not typical.
