I'd love to give a 5 star review, room was clean, staff was great ... however ... we had 5 rooms for 8-11 nights each ... each one of us asked for bedding change at least once or twice throughout our stay, and only got one bed changed ... one bed out of ten. the last time we asked, we complained when it did not happen, and were given bedding to, wait for it, change our own bedding!!!!
I also asked for the filter in the a/c to be changed twice, was told they'd have maintenance look at it. within 10 minutes in my room with the a/c or heat on, we'd both have major sinus attacks, sinus, cough, headaches ... if we kept it off, we were fine, if we used our c'paps, we were fine ... this kind of says their air system is filthy. Wasn't much better in the lobby, but that I could avoid
for a new, clean hotel, the air quality sucked. The front desk staff were great and as helpful as they could be, but, if an issue needed to be delegated to maids or maintenance, the system failed us.
after 11 nights of congestion, my first night in another hotel down the road, and each following night ... no congestion, no allergies ... amazing
