The best located hotel in Robin Hood’s bay for parking and ease of access to the old village. Friendly staff. Good restaurant, I had a slight feeling as a solo visitor that I was given one of the poorest rooms and had to ask to be given a more suitable table at dinner. Robin Hood’s bay is a ‘honeypot’ and the Victoria’s room rates reflect this.

A beautiful two night stay, lovely staff helpful and very polite. The most perfect views outside on the terrace. A nice clean spacious room along with a comfortable bed and all your amenities needed.

We really enjoyed our weekend away, hotel in a great position & outlook. Lovely that it has the restaurant & pub on site but a short walk down the hill to further shops, pubs, restaurants etc. We chose it for the local walks which were great. A member of staff moved there car for us as the car park was full which I thought was very nice. We found all the staff were friendly. We chose a cosy double room, it was cosy & shower was small, just a corner shower so when we go back next year I’m going to book a bigger room & hopefully get one with a bath that would be nice to soak my tired legs.

The car park was good and the bar was with a lot of choice of whatever you fancied to drink Breakfast was good and the staff were very friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Location was perfect, easy access to local bus service. The hotel was very clean . Fires were lit to add to the lovely feeling of comfort

Hotel in excellent location overlooking the sea, car park to rear. Lovely big rooms comfy bed. Evening meal very tasty maybe a little on the expensive side. Staff very helpful and friendly. Enjoyable stay.

Great hotel and rooms. Had a lovely stay. Would recommend the Yorkshire breakfast and eggs benedict! Hotel is in an ideal position - easy to get down to the Bay itself and close to the bus stop to get to Whitby or Scarborough. Great atmosphere in The Loxley pub too. Beer garden is in a prime apot overlooking the sea. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be returning.

The parking was very good. When the hotel car park is full, you can park directly opposite in the local car park free after 6 PM. Until 9 AM. The food was excellent lots of choice. Top marks. for the chef. The local seagulls kept us entertained.

The staff were excellent; kind and polite! The room was small but clean. The furniture looked tired and the bed was smaller than expected. The cooked breakfast was good but the buffet was not 4 stars! No nuts, seeds or fresh berries! The yogurt was poor quality as used to Greek yogurt! Orange juice from concentrate; gave it a miss! Evening meals lacked imagination and not brilliant!

Friendly welcoming staff, beautiful hotel, the views were absolutely amazing. Breakfast was plentiful and very nice, evening meal was exceptional, so flavoursome, I had the steak and my husband had the seafood platter. A total relaxation feel throughout. Would definitely recommend.
