"Our stay was fantastic… I think by mistake I only starred our stay as four stars when I meant to rate it five. The hotel is charming. The location is suburb. The staff was a can't even say how great they were. People at the desk were always so welcoming and friendly and helpful with directions and suggestions. The room was so clean oh and the valet guys were unbelievable. They were so helpful and friendly. The food was really good. I would not go so far as to say fantastic but for hotel food, it was great. We were surprised at how good it was all of the amenities, including, especially that happy hour in the breakfast was so nice. But our favorite was the sunset on the rooftop bar. It was absolutely exquisite and we will be back."

"The beds need an upgrade for sure. For being a leisure hotel it would be nice to see more amenities offered for people. Like offer hot water and tea. Specialty coffee bar would make it feel more elevated. Offering more creamer options. To have to ask for a mini fridge is annoying. A signature welcome drink. Offering something for special occasions like Champagne or dessert delivered to the room. The hotel is very dark and seems dated in the hallways."

"Proximity to downtown Sante Fe was excellent! We could walk to everything. Grounds were clean and lovely. Room was clean though a little worn in places. Overall a good stay and would stay here again!"
