Decent little hotel. Our family went to Santa Fe on short notice and the price was very decent compared to others. Staff was friendly and the hotel was okay. It wasn’t the best, but for the price it was fair enough.

What a great experience staying at the Hotel Inn Santa Fe. There is a world of difference vs the old Quality Inn, which I stayed at once. (It was sold last year and is now the Hotel Inn Santa Fe). Room rates are a bargain, and the new staff is phenomenal. Special shout out to Melisa who checked me in and the manager, who I ran into in the lobby and was incredibly nice and helpful. The location is walking distance to a lot of good restaurants and to the artsy Meow Wolf (haven’t been there yet but plan to). My room was spotless and I felt safe here (the doors open into the hotel hallway, not to the street or parking lot). I will definitely be staying here when in Santa Fe again (usually twice a month)!! My compliments to everyone I got a chance to chat with!

The staff are incredible. The room was overall pretty good...I just noticed some walls that needed painting and little house improvements that could be made (bathtubs with bath plugs would be great). Having stayed here years ago and recently I am pleased to report that I do believe the rooms are better.
