“Our room was in excellent condition when we checked in, and the desk staff could not have been nicer or more accomodating. Even when we got into our room, out TV screen had a welcome message specifically addressed to me by name. While it is a little thing, it certain made me feel welcome. Breakfast was better than most - I got to eat something for we left for the day, and there was coffee and juice available. The A/C in our room was preset to a standard comfort level, but we were able to……

“Being a new hotel, it was exceptional… love the modern amities—no closets, but hooks & pegs..bed was very comfortable as were the pillows (and no problem getting more) the staff was amazing & very east check in & out. Breakfast was a few steps above an average hotel’s. Eating area continually being cleaned & filled. The only thing I would suggest is putting an arrow on the front door, directing you to check-in area. (The side door)”

“We checked in on July 3, 2026. Shortly after arrival, we took the elevator and immediately noticed there was no air conditioning. The elevator also became stuck and began trembling, which was very frightening. We repeatedly pressed the buttons to open the doors before they finally released. When we reached our floor, the hallway was also without air conditioning. Upon entering the room, it was clear that it had not been properly cleaned and the bed was not fully made or properly dressed. Due……
