"The house was nice and big and only 10-15 minutes from Lassen Volcanic NP. The property is cool with a river running in the back, and it’s very peaceful! Only thing I would ask for is updated pots and pans because they were all non-stick that wasn’t nonstick anymore so cooking was kind of a pain! But other than that, no complaints with this property!"

"We had the best stay at this house! It was so welcoming and cozy. When we got there, music was on for us, a basket of snacks on the counter and a bottle of wine. We've never had that anywhere else we've stayed. Shelly and her husband were just the best!! It was my husbands birthday and she made him his favorite cake. Shelly was always available to answer questions. We loved having the deer visit every day and feeding them graham crackers. A first! We were sad to leave. Wonderful house. 💗"

"This home was very clean and comfortable for our Redding visit. It's pet friendly and our dog found a nice cool area to plant herself. The home was very comfortable with everything we needed. We spent most of our time on the patio and by the pool. The back looks out to open area which is very nice."

"What a wonderful and welcoming space to spend a week! We loved the location so close to Bethel and pretty much everything! Such easy access to shopping, restaurants and pretty much anything. The hosts were so quick to respond to any messages. This will be on my lists of places to stay next time I am in town."

"Loved the open concept. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. All the basics were provided (shampoo, conditioner, hairdryer, well stocked kitchen etc.) The price was excellent! We enjoyed the hot tub and all areas attractions. I would return. "

"This was a beautifully decorated and comfortable home. Loved the many bird feeders and ability to watch the birds. We did not have the pleasure of really enjoying the amenities such as the hot tub or fire pit but if given the chance will stay again!"

"We were at this property for 14 days. The backyard is beautiful and although we had several days of rain we did enjoy it for cocktails on the sunny evenings we had! Christie was great—on the spot when we set off the smoke alarm cooking breakfast—twice! She even came over to see if she could get the fireplace to work when we couldn’t. Very nice neighborhood. Great kitchen to cook in. My only complaint is it would be great to supply a broom and dust pan."

"8 people stayed very comfortably. The outdoor space provided the nicest oasis to just come back and regroup for the day. It was very hot (112) so having the pool and shaded areas made outside possible. We loved this and will definitely return."

The only issue we had was the GPS took us to the property through a back route that was longer and over gravel road. "
