Large room with lovely views. The grounds are beautiful and quiet. Easy access via car to University of Warwick. Difficult to access the hotel when an event is happening, due to the small country road and number of cars arriving at the same time. Some areas, especially in the leisure centre look a bit tired.

Had a great stay at The Grand Hotel. Lovely room, nice bar. Only slight downside was a chaotic breakfast on our second day. Service seemed to be left to one hard working lady and elements of the ‘full English’ had been shown to the grill rather than cooked more fully. In contrast, the previous day’s breakfast had been spot on.

The Black and White House Museum is a well-preserved half-timbered Jacobean building in the centre of Hereford. It was built in 1621 as part of Butchers' Row. In 1816, other buildings on the row started to be demolished, and, now, Old House is the only remaining house in the original row.
