  • Sink into the hot tub and tame your tensions. Take in the Stunning Mountain View from the Rocking Chairs. Hiking, rafting, tubing, museums, and waterfalls are all just minutes away.

    Cherokee Ridge Retreat is high on a mountainside but close to adventure. Minutes from tubing at the Oconaluftee River Island Park and white water rafting on the Tuckaseegee River, Touch the past and visit the Museum of the Cherokee Indian. Mingus Mill and the Mountain Farm Museum are about 15 minutes from the cabin.

My husband and I stayed here to celebrate our 30th birthdays and had a wonderful time. The view is incredible, the bed was super comfy, the bathrooms have ample storage and space. The community is beautiful and close to downtown Cherokee.We've been to MANY cabins in western NC, but I can confidently say this was by far one of our favorites and we will probably look to book it again in the future.

A beautiful, peaceful mountain retreat

We went to see a show at Cherokee Casino, and this was a conveniently located hideaway nearby. Beautiful views both day and night

Lovely cabin!

Near ideal location, great views, very private. My favorite part was morning coffee on the porch swing listening to all the critters. Also appreciated the well-equipped kitchen!

Nothing Short of Amazing

My wife and I booked this cabin for our trip to Cherokee. We were blown away with the views. From the inside and out this cabin is beautiful. Amazing views and very clean. The view from the hot-tub was hard to beat. Will definitely be staying here again.

Great cabin

Great location. Beautiful view. Lovely hot tub (it was a little cloudy). Drive was a little dicey at night but fun.

Quiet and peaceful

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin. The view is amazing, and there are no other homes close by, so it's very quiet and peaceful! The hot tub was great. Everything was very clean and in working order - great appliances. My only comment is the beds are too soft and you kind of sink in. Not good for someone with a bad back. But otherwise a fantastic cabin with peace and quiet, yet close to everything!

Great place to relax!

The cabin was exactly as described. Even though there were other cabins near us it felt like we were the only ones for miles, very quiet and private. The views from the porch and hot tub were just breathtaking. It was easy short drives to Cherokee and Bryson City for shopping and attractions. The cabin was very clean and really cute! Plenty of clean towels, nice starter bathroom amenities, and kitchen supplies. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Perfect location and views

The cabin was perfect for a couple or small family. The road in is steep but paved and although it feels remote, it was very close to hiking and the casino. We arrived late and were given the wrong gate code, but the management company got it to us quickly and assured us they would change it for future guests. The views from the porch and hot tub were amazing. We would definitely stay again!

Perfect Cabin

Recommend front porch access to the fire pit. Recommend darker Curtains near the upstairs TV. 10/10 cabin wish I owned it honestly.
