The second room they assigned us ended up having bloody sheets that we didn't realize till the next morning. I had to remove the blood stained sheets because "housekeeping doesn't understand English and won't know to change the bedding." We received several calls due to their own desks confusion while we were at our event the first day. Then when we returned from the event, the TV wasn't working and the front desk tried to make us fix it ourselves. The breakfast was great, but that's it. And the owner, three weeks later STILL hasn't responded to my email. We should have just packed up our stuff and went somewhere else. We arrived late in a cold evening. When we checked in and got to our room the HVAC system was off, so the heating wasn’t on. The room was absolutely freezing. Furniture was damaged and bathroom door was damaged. Luckily, we only had to stay here for one night.
