We had an excellent stay. The staff are wonderful, the rooms are very comfortable, quiet and clean, and the breakfast was varied, locally sourced and delicious. Very conveniently located for the metro and Praterstern station. I would definitely stay again if I visit Vienna in future.

Only stayed one night at the end of our trip because it’s located so conveniently to the train station, but would definitely return. The rooms were very nice, spacious, very comfortable beds, and very aesthetically decorated.

The hotel was not a 4 star. Not the usual amenities that you would expect. The bathroom had hair stuck on the back of the door. Body lotion empty and not refilled even when we left the top off. The paintwork needed redoing. The bar shut really early so could not use it. The reception staff overall ...
