“Never got to stay there. We found out soon after reserving that we were going to be arriving late. I contacted them immediately to let them know and continued trying for weeks to make arrangements. Never got a response. Had Expedia call and email too. They never got a response. Kept trying until the last minute. Finally had to book elsewhere because they NEVER responded to anyones attempt. Don’t book here because if you need to reach them they won’t respond.”

“very pleasure stay in Bytom. however, wifi is bad at room, even lobby sometimes were not workable well. Only in front of elevator is good. Breakfast is fantastic. Garden is very pretty and enjoy sunshine there. No bus stop nearby, you must go by taxi first. From hotel to the airport is around 15min, but cost Pln65, which is higher than warsaw. Restuarant waitors are friendly”
