"This was my second time staying at Marriott Hot Springs. I enjoyed the experience the 1st time more. It’s a very relaxing experience with great atmosphere. The reason I only gave it four stars is because we arrived early and were staying the night. It was in the middle of the week and not very crowded. There was a $50 charge to check in early when there was clearly rooms available. We did not get a text to check in until 10 minutes before check in time. Then we were given a room facing the parking lot and there were many Lakeview rooms available. Disappointing. "

"Room is old, no microwave as stated at booking. Hemet hotels are all overpriced not sure why."

"The daily breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly and helpful. Beautiful views and building. My only complaint was the very dim lighting in the room and bathroom which made makeup application difficult. If you are a woman traveler it would be good to bring your own lighted travel mirror."

"Clean and friendly hotel. I was traveling by myself and was there for 5 nights. I always felt safe. Everything I needed was available. Would definitely recommend it and will stay here again. "

"Old neglected motel"

"The room was outdated and in really bad condition. The lamp shades were broken, there were stains on the curtains, there was damage on the headbaord and furniture, the tile in bathroom was broken and the area almost felt unsafe to walk on. The vanity and sink area look like it hadn't been dusted in weeks. The clothes rack was super rusted. The bed was comfortable and the location was great and we appreciated the microwave and fridge which bith worked well. "
