"We came to Murieta Hot spring for the birthday celebration. We stayed for few nights. Checking in experience wasn't pleasant at all. Instead of getting inside the room at 4pm, we waited another 3 hours. When we finally got our room, it was dirty. No one bothers to clean it. At the rnd of our stay, staff wasn't able to explain clearly what happened. We enjoyed pools,jacuzzis and territories of the Hot springs. "

"Older hotel with some upgrades, but needing more. Continental B-Fast included with room, which is nice. Convenient location to highways. Pictures make the facility look more cozy than it is."
