The cottage was perfect! The location was so close to the Chiricahua National Monument that we actually came back to the cottage for lunch! The setting on a ranch was beautiful, with lots of interesting wildlife and a small outbuilding that served as a museum. They had Native American artifacts, geological specimens, settler tools and other hardware etc., all very well displayed and identified. The cottage was spacious and well equipped, with great labelling of all the drawers and cabinets. Janna and her family were very friendly but not intrusive. We had some nice talks with Jim, the patriarch and Janna's daughter even lent us some tools when our car battery began to fail, and I had to drive to Willcox to replace it. If we ever go back to the Chiricahua National Monument, this is the only place we will consider staying.
