When my wife and I arrived on Nov. 27th the heater was barely blowing out hot air. We waited to see if the room would warm up overnight. Woke the next morning the rooom was freezing. I went to the front desk to inform them that our heat was not working, was told he would call maintenance. Went to lunch and shopping to kill time. Got back to the room at 2:30 pm, the heat was still not working. Went back to the front desk. I was told the heat couldn't be fix. I ask for a new room and was told he could give me a space heater. I told him I didn't want a space heater I wanted a new room. He then told me that I would have to wait for the manager to come at 7:00 pm. I said not going to wait that long. Then he ask me was I checking out? I told him yes. I ask would I get a refund? He said again, I would have to wait for rthe manager. I found another hotel to stay down the road.
