"The place was surprisingly fantastic! I'd never heard of it before but I guarantee that I will stay there again anytime I'm in town! Great value, clean, and breakfast included. The staff was friendly and helpful. Can't say enough good things about the place."

"The front desk person was great! We had to request a new room because the toilet in our room had dry urine drops and pubic hair it. Very gross. We were moved to a different room which was better. We can see that improvements are taking place. Parking was great."

"Room smelled - bed base broken and bed slanted. TV did not work, no light bulb in desk lamp. Desk chair arms broken, upholstered chair not in good shape. One thread bare washcloth for 2 people - one bath soap sliver provided - no way would it take care of a quick lather. I would not refer anyone to this establishment. The entry door also was damaged. Had it not been for graduation at Syracuse University I would have attempted to find another place to stay but had appointments to keep. Extremely disappointed and upset "

"Check-in was long due to room sellout. Staff explained the reasoning. Seemed to be alone at property. We needed additional Laundry for shower. Attendant at front desk gave us 1 additional towel. Thank you. When asked if shampoo and maybe conditioner there wasn't any. We did have a small bar of wrapped soap. Beds were clean. TV remote needed new batteries that were obtained from another visit at the front desk. The fridge worked. Checkout was at 11 am. Sleep was fast. Outside Noise wasn't a issue. Only Ice machine was on ground floor near front desk. Plenty of Hot water. Bathroom was clean."
