Renovated, modern, like new house that you will love hopefully as much as we do. This home features 2 bedrooms with a good size walking closet, 2 private full size bathrooms, open concept kitchen and living room, fireplace, spacious kitchen with new granite countertops and new cabinets, spacious 2 car garage, front and back patio with covered sitting areas, and private quiet yard. There are not 4 beds
Only two beds in the whole house and a very uncomfortable couch. Listing says 4 beds and two futons. Would not have booked if I had known this.

GREAT STAY
Myself and a buddy of mine attended a Bulldogs game. The home is a reasonable driving distance from Sanford Stadium especially since everything in and around Athens sky rockets in price during the college football season. The host communicated well. Get check-in instructions early. Place was in a very quiet neighborhood and had plenty of room. Host even left small snacks. I’d consider this property again should I return to the area.

Very Clean, Tastefully Decorated, and Quiet!
We came for a weekend to attend one of the UGA football games. This place suited our needs very well. The house is quite large for the price, it is extremely clean, and is very tastefully decorated with clean, modern touches. We loved that it had two bathrooms with a split floor plan (good if you need a little privacy from other guests or if the kids need the feeling of having their own space) and we loved being able to park in the garage and load and unload our things right into the house. The neighborhood is quiet and while the drive from Athens is not short, it was still very doable. Checking in and out was easy. The whole stay was easy! We would stay here again.

Very quiet and serene
We had amazing visit however, I do advise if you want to go for a walk do not walk to the left side of the house towards the cul-de-sac There are very large dogs two houses down and they chased me and my six-year-old son up the road one of the neighbors have seen and they were very concerned because they were viciously trying to attack us and all we were doing is trying to walk however, the house was amazing so no bad reviews on the home itself just be aware of your surroundings if you are trying to go for a stroll, the dogs are not leashed and owners were not anywhere in sight

Clean! The property was very clean and updated nicely inside. It has everything you could need. The outside left a bit to be desired but the inside made up for any short comings outside. I would stay again, We were there for a wedding and it worked out perfectly

Nice house in Winder, GA
We stayed here for around a week while visiting family. It's a nice house in a quiet neighborhood. It has a garage and a well equipped kitchen. The master bedroom and bathroom are a good size. We had no issues with check-in/check-out or any issues during our stay. We will likely stay here again when visiting Winder in the future,

Stylish Home at Peaceful Neighborhood
I love the modern look and attention to detail in this home! The host accommodated our schedule, and check-in was a breeze with the key code—no keys to carry around. Wi-fi worked great so that I could squeeze in an online work session. The house came with everything you need for your morning coffee. Nice to see some Stevia in the cabinet. The house is super clean, and I felt right at home. We rented this house to pick up our daughter at UGA for the holidays. It is about 30 minutes away, depending on traffic, but that was not an issue for us. The neighborhood is peaceful, and it was nice to be away from the hustle and bustle. The house also has a garage, which was nice since it was pretty cold during our visit. Thanks, Monika, for being a fantastic host!

Charming cottage on a hill close to everything
Adorable two bedroom, two bathroom cottage located in North Atlanta. Super clean and cozy. Only took 15/20 minutes to get to major locations off of I-85. Was perfect for my husband and daughter since it had plenty of space while allowing privacy. The house was renovated and was nicer than four star hotels we have stayed in. The water was crystal clear and did not leave a film or chlorine smell that you have to deal with in hotels. Nice sized front and side yard. It is in a quiet neighborhood but far enough from other homes that it felt private.

The Gem of Winder
Great spot logistically if you are in the area for UGA games or a visit to Athens. Monika was very quick to respond and made it very easy for us to check-In. We visited family for our granddaughters birthday and if we needed anything it was a short drive to get to each place. The house was easy to find and it was nice to have a garage for your vehicles. Everything was provided for you, even some small snacks for the kiddos. Fresh towels, pillows, blankets and even a queen size air mattress, which we needed, were all provided for our comfort. When in town again to visit, we will be staying here at the Gem in Winder.
