OK for a one night stay

Just a stopover en route to Tahoe. Kind of rundown, but ok for one night. Room was quiet and comfortable, but but bathroom door damaged, the shower leaked, and the wifi was terrible.

When i got there said they were sold out and it was Hotel.com's fault. But had an "emergency " roomthey could give me. Bathroom was dirty, shower used with dirty wet toels on shower floor and dirty bathroom. No hot water. Horrible experience

Very old and “tired” property that is in desperate need of repair, but the staff was friendly, bed was comfortable and the room was pretty clean.

Wow. Did I make a mistake choosing this hotel. Pictures are not as the hey look. VERY DIRTY hotel. I will include pictures, and going to file a claim today for a full refund. Bathroom was the worst area of all. Shower curtain nasty and ripped, pooling up water in the shower, mold on the ceiling, dust caked into the exhaust fan, chairs have never seen a day of cleaning, bed spreads on all beds had burn holes and the list goes on. I luckily was only staying one night, and unfortunately didn’t have any other option but to stay after a very long drive. This place seems like it’s one bug infestation away from becoming a monthly rental for addicts.

Old, worn out, but clean.

Heavy cigarette smoke in lobby/ check in. Old, worn out. But the woman at desk is sweet. Clean, comfortable bed and quiet. No soap in room. Tv remote broken, etc.
