“We came for a bachelor party the house perfect. Plenty of room for all of us and the outfitter for the float trip came to our house and dropped us off. It was a great trip.”

“We really enjoyed our get away here. Our host Megan and her husband are extremely nice people and the weather was perfect. It was everything we absolutely needed and chickens got feed extra by the kids as a thank you Megan for the fresh eggs she brought over! “This property had easy check in. Basic kitchen facilities. WiFi was easy accessible and it was reliable. We had 3 vehicles and had ample parking. Quiet neighborhood while we were there July 31-Aug 2. We were outside most of the time so we played cornhole ( our set and host set) and our spikeball set. We used the charcoal grill for 2 nights and had a great time.”

“Initial confusion about location: "562" on mailbox; "572" on listing. Beautiful setting in Ozark highlands and convenient to amenities: veritable tree house! Large porches are super pet friendly. Plenty of room and seating. Great kitchen with many appliances: perhaps replace some skillets. Saggy 2d bedroom mattress. Downstairs may benefit from a small TV.”

“Everything was super close, kitchen had everything you needed, but we ate out quite a bit. Nice place to sit outdoors and a fire pit. The only issue was the tub/ shower was real high getting your leg over if you are vertically challenged. Otherwise it was great!”

“Fantastic property and the gravel bar was amazing to relax on. Interior was nice and perfect size for a family with up to 4 kids, the bunk beds are easily full size mattresses! Amenities were nice and sheets and towels definitely clean. The back deck is amazing for morning coffee or peaceful evening and having the smart TVs made for great evening activities since we brought our switch. 10/10 would definitely stay here again!”
