This was the most unorganized, unprofessional, completely incompetent establishment. Check-in was a nightmare, retrieving parking passes that had been forgotten by the two over worked employees, while four others stood around, was a pain. We stayed lakeside and every day the key cards to all five rooms wouldn’t work and had to drive back to check in to replace them. There were more than 2,000 spiders that came out at night on our floor, hanging above our heads. It was what nightmares are made of. We called and nothing was done about it. They didn’t leave extra toilet paper, so all five roomed we reserved where using Kleenex by the end.
I would not recommend this place. Great location but shoddy service.
