Accueil désagréable, entrée, réception et chambre très mal propre. Odeur épouvantable corridor et chambre. Draps et couvertures mal propres. Rideaux de douche et fenêtres défait. Toiles d’araignées dans la chambre, miroir bariolé. Pas de verre ( même plastique) pour se brosser les dents. Brûlures de cigarettes dans les draps. Expérience horrible.

The good : well located with easy highway access to Route 81, Watertown, Sackets Harbor, and the Thousand Islands region within 10 to 25 minutes. Reasonably comfortable rooms. Good desk staff (when they are there). The bad: continental breakfast was poor. No breads of any kind. No fruits. Bitter Coffee. The desk staff often not there. Sought towels at 10pm. Rang the service phone at desk. No one came after over 5 minutes. I finally roamed till I found a guy. Internet wifi was almost non-functional - meaning too weak.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It was clean and quiet and the bed was SO comfortable. I didn’t want to leave. We were impressed with the furniture also. If we are ever this way again we would definitely stay here again.

Elevator not working, spent a night at this hotel the week before and the elevator was broken then. The second elevator on site has never worked in the past 3 years I have been going there. We are almost 70 years old and the stairs were not an option. Left and went to the Hilton in Watertown and was very impressed.
