West Syracuse Beach Vacations

The staff were very welcoming and the amenities were wonderful. The property is new so everything was squeaky clean and well maintained. The hotel itself is in a very quiet location so it’s easy to relax, but close enough to town to enjoy all it has to offer. Did not use the spa but will definitely consider another stay.

So it was parent week an they wanted to charge extra when coming inside an not booking online so of the price online was 451 they wanted almost a thousand at front desk I booked online an they told me they were sold out an to call the person I booked through to cancel my reservation, cause they was overly booked I emailed the 3 rd party stating that the hotel told me to do a refund cause they were sold out I’m like how when it showed you guys had a room on here available & proceed to tell them the website I booked through don’t do cancellations without refund they then called me told me I can stay when I went to go rebook the room they told me I couldn’t cause I tried to dispute it when they told me too they thought I was gonna say forget 645.71 cent and didn’t wanna give me corporate number Matt is very unprofessional n the black worker who barley speaks English and stay at the suite her self with her boyfriend

It was a lovely property with great staff. We enjoyed our stay.

The pull out sofa bed was filthy with brown stains all over it
