The place is a joy to stay at set in a beautiful area, well located to amenities, very quiet, no noise or hassle from owners, well equipped internally, good internet, easy parking, comfy bed, great kitchen and bathroom and great value for money. "Lovely little 3 night break with my partner for her birthday. Had some lovely birthday touches thrown in which were very much appreciated. Lovely grounds, excellent property and lovely hot tub. Very comfortable and clean. Oh and… we aren’t very good at Tennis but, we gave it a go and you will find all of the tennis balls in the owners back garden (sorry!). Would definitely recommend! Thank you!"

"Gorgeous spacious and luxurious accommodation- incredibly well apppointed and felt like a proper rural retreat. Perfect kitchen for cups of tea and chat and relaxzed living room. Great area with good pubs within walking distance. Communication and help from the host whilst staying was incredibly prompt and friendly. An outstabnding stay!"

"The property was of a basic nature and very tired in places. The bathroom paint was peeling off the walls. The bed was a small queen bed that wasn't big enough for 2 adults to get a good night sleep. The mattress was very thin and uncomfortable. Due to this we left the property early and had to book a hotel. I also tried to contact the property as advised by Sykes cottages, but my calls were unanswered and not returned. Overall a disappointing stay. There are plenty of better rentals available."
