“More a self catering flat than an hotel however We were happy with it. It is in the suburbs of St Helens a distance from the town centre. St Helens Junction train station is about 5 mins walk, and a good little cafe for breakfast less than 2 mins walk. The area was quiet at night and there are a couple of local shops equally close for such things as milk for drinks.We used it as a base to explore the area hence we only used the kettle and the wifi. Would be happy to use again.”

“Off the main road which was good. We thought it was a nice, pleasant place to stay within a short drive of Chester. I would recommend this place to friends visiting the area. We were just a couple that stayed for a week whilst building work was completed on our house and found it competitively priced so if you are a group of 4 then it would represent even better value. “The apartment was in a wonderful location for easy access to the city. The kitchen was user friendly. And easy to access entry and leave. It was a bit grubby in places, one of the covers on the sofa was strained & the fridge was not cleaned. The apartment was roomy and spacious but it was cold & one of the heaters didn’t work. The ensuit shower blocked up when using the shower & slowly drained away. So it needs looking at. On the whole a pleasant trip however needs more heating for the colder……
