"Could use new carpet or better yet hardwood or manufactured flooring, the place itself remind me of apartments in nyc, tall ceilings and windows, no AC, had to open windows to cool but it did cool the place well in October, I’m just not a carpet person when it comes to rental property. The place itself was relatively clean."

"More a self catering flat than an hotel however We were happy with it. It is in the suburbs of St Helens a distance from the town centre. St Helens Junction train station is about 5 mins walk, and a good little cafe for breakfast less than 2 mins walk. The area was quiet at night and there are a couple of local shops equally close for such things as milk for drinks.We used it as a base to explore the area hence we only used the kettle and the wifi. Would be happy to use again."

"Fantastic stay with Barry, Barry was very helpful, friendly, accommodating and showed us everything we needed.
The annexe was exceptionally clean, bed was very comfortable, also a great range of breakfast options which we were not expected so a lovely bonus to the stay. The property is not far from the train station and is in a beautiful and peaceful setting. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend. Thank you so much To Barry and his family for being so welcoming, we really enjoyed...
