“It’s my third time booking this apartment for two day trips to Liverpool for my friends and I as it’s great value. It’s a great location which enables us to walk anywhere in the city centre. “The apartment was clean spacious and quiet considering how close it is to the station. Communication with Ray and Gareth as hosts was fantastic, and they were so accommodating with an early check in and out time. Would definitely recommend. “The pictures on Expedia were not accurate! Once we checked in and went to the room and saw that the room was not clean and the bed was an old concave mattress with springs coming out, we wanted to cancel our reservation and leave. We stayed one night to be nice and looked for another room. Expedia helped but we still need to be reimbursed for the 3 nights we did not stay. The following day we showed up to speak to the manager and saw that the room was rented out. Hopefully they will accommodate……
