"Nice hotel based in the middle of town good location for trains buses and pubs lovely looking building and a nice breakfast in the morning for the price we paid very good value."

"An average hotel in every way. First impressions were poor with staff drinks all around the reception desk. Quality of food from room service was average at best. Rooms were badly sound-proofed and could heard the tv from next door all night. Won’t be rushing back when there is so much choice around. "

"Very convenient for lime street station, and just the other side :2 reasonable pubs for pub grub. The Crown, traditonal , with amazing historic interior deco and great CAMRA beers, or the Lime Street Central, modernized interior and ok beers and grub"

"Room was lovely apart from the extractor fan being on constantly, we were also woken by the moving of barrells early morning as the room was really noisy Breakfast and Breakfast staff were lovely Spa - disappointing as we werent told it was fully booked all week when we arrived, we went to speak with the Spa team and was told we couldn't even use the pool either as this was also fully booked all week Upon checkout we're weren't asked about our stay to mention any of this either. "

"Hotel is in a perfect location , close to Liver building and waterfront. Staff were very friendly, room was large with modern decor and excellent facilities. Enjoyed having the complimentary drinks from fridge! The restaurant was equally as good. Food was good quality. I would stay here again as it was also good value for money."
