Loved this resort! We had a great time at the pools and the beach. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We also took advantage of the Natura and Timbavati passes. Would highly recommend.

The playground and lake front were nice with kids. Unfortunately, the room was inexplicably damp and the towels were about as thin as the one ply toilet paper. I liked the access to a few other amenities in the Dells, which was included in our room charge. The rooms carpet could have used a deep cleaning, but other than that, the room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I would stay here again.

We stayed in the Tiki rooms and unfortunately the room did not feel as clean or well maintained as we expected. The pool floaties were also much smaller than they appeared in the advertising. The bathroom was one of the biggest issues. The shower curtain did not have a plastic liner, so while showering, water, hair, and anything from your body gets directly onto the actual fabric curtain. We also noticed spider webs in both the bathroom and the room, which made the space feel like it had not been thoroughly cleaned. On the bright side, the lobby was very clean, and the lobby bathroom was clean as well. I unfortunately did not take a photo of that area. I just wish the same level of cleanliness and attention had carried over into the Tiki rooms.

Arrived and was more than happy. Been traveling for work staying at affordable hotels and this one for the price and off season was superb. Staff extra friendly, room extra clean and a lot of bang for your buck. Had to leave earlier than expected but was a great stay. Highly recommend, the lake view no matter what time of year is outstanding.

The room that we stayed in was a bit outdated. The beds were really soft, probably not recommendable for someone with back issues. The drain in the bathtub did not drain very well. After a shower it took about a half hour to get all the water out. The inside pool area was extremely chlorinated. Made your eyes burn. The staff we encountered were all very nice. The beach area was very clean. The tickets to the zoo and Land of Natura made the stay well worth the money.
