The guy at the front desk was not friendly at all. We got to our room which i had booked because of the jacuzzi suite. Our room did not have a jacuzzi. When i went to talk to yhe guy at the front desk he wouldnt even come up to talk to me i had to talk to him on a phone and he argued with me that i did not request that one. When i told him the room a selected showed the jacuzzi in the picture all he said was "too bad". There was garbage behind the dresser sticker cup marks on end tables and a left over jello shot in the fridge with brown liquid on the bottom of the fridge. My husband had to knock to be let in the room each time.... Found a condom package in our room and dirty towels and sheets. Breakfast was just a waffle maker lol. Whole building smelled terrible of some strong odor . Would not recommend. They did not clear the entrance of snow and ice which caused my friend to fall, and they didn't even apologize. It took me asking them to fix the issue for them to salt or shovel the snow and ice. There was no staff at the desk we had to call them to check out and they didn't always answer right away. They did let us check out late without an additional cost which was nice. They only had a pool not hot tub which was what we were expecting to help my friends back feel better after falling.
