This is a simple old-time facility that was quiet, clean and comfortable and economical. It has all the room amenities that most places have nowadays. Bathroom is updated with nice shower, and the room is spacious. If you prefer an outdoor entrance to your room instead of shared inside hallway (which I do), that's what you'll find here. If the weather is nice, there are chairs to sit outside in front of your room. Upon check-in I was put in the farthest back corner of the motel. The room is set away from the parking so carrying my belonging to the corner room was interesting. Since I was alone I was rather uncomfortable being set away from other humans. The room itself was mediocre at best. The trash from the occupants before me was left on the bathroom sink - apparently the cleaning folks forgot to take it out of the room. The bolt lock on the door wouldn't work, so I pushed a table in front of the door for added security (since I was all by myself in the back of the hotel). There was no hot water. Bed was not the best and the pillows were worse.
