There were many positive things about this house and a couple of negatives. Positive - The place is very large with lots of seating areas. It has a couple of TVs to choose from and some fun games (you have to call them to get the game closet unlocked). There are four bedrooms, one with four bunks. Though we didn't use it, there is also a fold-out couch. There is a nice deck for enjoying the outdoors. The kitchen is loaded with utensils, dishes, pots and pans. The only thing we couldn't find was a cheese cutter. You have full stove, fridge, Microwave, toaster oven, toaster, and two coffee makers, a standard Mr. Coffee and a Keurig. There is a washer and dryer. Three bathrooms with showers and one half-bath. The place was right on the edge of rural and right on the edge of business district and yes, you can easily walk to the outlet mall 1/4 mile away. The place was very clean. Negatives - the house is old. Something can't be helped - sliding glass doors that no longer slide well - or fit well. The bathroom pocket door that is broken so it doesn't close well. The house is a bit dated in decor - but who worries about that with a VRBO. The furnishings are comfortable. It is a little hard to find. They give you an address but don't try to put it into GPS because it won't be recognized. GPS will get you to the road. Look at the fire department numbers on the front of the property to find the house. Some things they could do better. First, they had single ply toilet paper. That may be OK for the Yogi Bear campground bathrooms but is very poor taste for a house bathroom. A Walmart brand 2-ply would be so much better. 2nd, they have no shower soap or bathsoap complimentary - but plenty of bottles of shampoo. They have no Kleenex and no napkins. When it came time to check out, we couldn't get ahold of anyone. Their check-out instructions weren't clear and there was no one to answer our questions. So we just did our best. But overall, it was a very good experience and the positives outweighed our negatives.
