"The property had everything you needed on site! We only needed to supply the food! Our kids and grandchildren loved swimming. We even had a manatee come to our dock almost every day! It is by far the best property that we have stayed at. I have never seen Florida in that way. Now I understand what Old Florida means. Absolutely beautiful! Definitely plan on returning."

"All the staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel was immaculate and had good amenities and some extra fun activities like the duck hunt!
Only comment is that the water in the shower was not hot enough.
Otherwise the whole experience was great!"

"This property was perfect! Beautiful landscaping and very clean inside and out. Quite neighborhood. Pool was ideal for when we didn't want to be in the spring and a night swim. They had everything we needed for a wonderful family vacation. It felt like home. The little side yard for our dogs was great! Getting the kayaks in and out of the water was pretty easy either using the ramp or the steps into the water. It was a quick paddle to the crystal clear water. 10 min drive to Publix, Target and many restaurants. We also rented a boat from Weeki Wachee boat rental, which was a 5 mins drive from the house. We were able to pull right up to the dock with the boat at the house. We will for sure be renting again next summer. Thank you to the owners for easy and great communication and wonderful rental property. "
"We had a great time and the house has a great layout for a couple families. My 12 and 8 year old paddled all the way from the spring head back to the house in their own kayak. Kevin is an amazing host. We appreciate the early check-in, extra supplies (garbage bags, dish soap, shampoo, salt, pepper, and other pantry items, kayaks, paddles, floats and so much more) It made it easy to settle in. He is very responsive to all messages. Thank you so much!"

"We had a fantastic weekend stay at this cozy VRBO in Homosassa, Florida! The property was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and perfectly equipped for a relaxing getaway. The location was ideal, close to everything we wanted to explore, yet peaceful enough to really unwind.What really made the stay stand out were the hosts—they were absolutely wonderful! Friendly, responsive, and thoughtful, they went above and beyond to make sure we felt right at home.Whether you’re visiting for the springs, the manatees, or just to recharge, this spot is a gem. "House location is amazing. Right on the river with views of the river and sunset every evening. This place is perfect for family vacations. Plenty of river activities. Tubing,kayaking, fishing, manatee and dolphin viewing. Short boat ride to the sand bar, great scalloping and the riverside restaurant. Boat ramp is a short walk from the house. Neighbors are super nice and welcoming. Home owner is easy to get a hold of and keeps the property clean and well maintained. My family and I will definitely be back. "
