The rooms were okay. Decent sized and comfortable but mold in the window areas. The blind in the bathroom was moldy and did not cover the window properly. The Fleece is an old building so you will get flaws and quirks. We had two rooms and one room had no issues with hot water, but our room did. Every evening the water was tepid and we had to request that the heater got boosted. Fortunately it did not take long to get hot water. Our room overlooked the outside area of the pub and was very noisy one evening with drunken punters. Friendly staff and lovely food.. maybe one of the best steaks ever tasted. Room was large and well equipped. Over looked the beer garden but no noise after 10 so that was fine. Small car park to the rear but ample for the guests. The staff are amazing. We were there for our wedding anniversary and we were looked after very well. Food is lovely, Hotel room is a little old but in keeping with the area. This is not a complaint. It really was lovely.
