"We had the best time at Buffalo Lodge! We had a group of teenagers and the bunk house was perfect for the boys. We only wish we had more time there. We cooked for a big group and found the kitchen was well stocked. The beds were comfortable and plenty of extra blankets. I truly have nothing bad to say about the lodge, it was just what we were looking for. It’s not for those looking for a luxurious stay, but if you want cozy and low key, it’s amazing. We are looking forward to our next visit!"

"The cabin was everything we needed and so much more. It was a destination by itself -The peaceful river and the hill backing up to it was a treat. The place was cozy, welcoming and homey. Terry is a great host! He comes to check on you to see if he can be of any help. We hope to come back with more family members since the property has a sister cabin right next to it. "

"The area is secluded and beautiful! The cabin is homey and well-kept. Other than food, we had everything we needed. There were plenty of amenities and thoughtful touches like fresh flowers, chocolates in different rooms, real plants throughout the cabin, cookies, and champagne. Everything made it a little extra special. I just recommend staying longer than one night. "
