"Overall, what an amazing place, Well kept and very clean. Internet was kind of unreliable, didn't reach a lot of places but we made due. Biggest complaint, I reached out by text to 2 different numbers but never got a response. They weren't big issues, but still. I've been renting thru VRBO for many years and this is by far my family's favorite."

"Overall, great place to stay. Kitchen/living room area is really small/tight for the amount of people the space can hold. Really liked the little fireplace. Laundry on site was nice. The not bad but not great: The pool was supposed to be open until the end of Sept according to the listing but it was already closed by Sept 27 and host didn't let us know. Was a bummer for the kids. Bathroom photos say toiletries are available but only hand soap at the sinks was provided. The beds, esp the twin...

"We had an amazing stay. The cottage was nice and the view from the front deck was beautiful. My only criticism is They state towels provided however my husband and I were there for 10 days and there were only 4 bath towels. That is def not enough towels. If there was a washer dryer that would be fine but there is not. So we had to go and buy more towels. Other than that it was wonderful"

"1st week of September with temperatures in the 80’s. Couldn’t ask for better weather. When we entered the home we saw a spectacular view of the pond from the kitchen and living room. Perfectly bordered by the trees on either side it’s picture perfect. We had a wonderful stay floating in the pond and we even met a couple of kayakers. This is a beautiful and peaceful place to relax."

"There’s a sign in the kitchen that says “Our Happy Place.” The rooms were spacious, beds were comfy, we had a nice lunch and dinner prepared from the fully equipped kitchen, dogs can easily access fenced(?) deck from the living room while we all played games(host provided). Coming from the city, we all felt very close to nature because of it’s location and view from kitchen, dining and family room. Even our dog didn’t want to leave the front yard while on a long lead. "This was our second summer weekend at this property. It is a beautiful home in pristine condition. Bed linens we cozy and comfortable (nice pillows too!). The house has several nice common areas in which to hang out. It gets great light, and the high ceilings make it feel larger than it is. Easy drive to North Conway for a cute town with fun shops and restaurants. We have already booked another weekend next summer!"

"We stayed here with 9 people over a weekend, and the place was amazing. My best friend is getting married soon and we decided on this listing, and honestly everything about it was awesome. Plenty of games to play, a huge TV upstairs that we used to watch the UFC fight. Everything was clean and the hosts were more than accommodating and nice. The view is amazing in the morning. Definitely recommend this place if you are hesitating, it was a great weekend that I don't think we'll forget."
