"Front desk staff non existent, toilet overflowed 5am, called 4x’s, shower not draining either. Finally maintenance came at 10am said something wrong in main plumbing, can’t unclog it. Opened a different room for us to shower in time for 11am check out. I so badly wanted to love this place."

"Steve was wonderful. Venice is clean and ADORABLE! Had everything we needed for 3 days. Parking right at the door. Perfect location right on the waterfront. Got to see the eagle 2 times. Couldn't be happier with my choice "

Bathroom sink didn’t drain properly, there were dirty towels left in the room, the laundry room coin machine didn’t work, the dryer didn’t heat the clothes. The room was comfortable, loved the views, pool center & games were great. "

"Room felt neglected- no shower curtain, TV did not work, walls and screen window was shabby - I kinda expected some neglect - this seemed like too much. Then saw the smoke detector cover was missing and lost confidence in it’s safety so left and booked at another location. "

"When was immaculate! Like a little apartment. Perfect for what I needed. I went there because my children live near there and they were super accommodating. They allowed my kids to come and visit me at the hotel and they were able to use the facilities. The pool was so much fun and the staff were incredibly nice. "
