"This little gem was a perfect spot to spend my final night in Seoul. It has plenty of great restaurants nearby and it was close enough to the metro that I could easily walk there before and after check-in and check out. The room was crazy clean and quiet. "The property was located near a residential area and was close to the metro including the airport line. There were cozy restaurants nearby. However, it was priced the same as another place which is in the heart of the city and better located and has better amenities such as conferencing. Hotels in Korea should also clearly state that they dont provide toiletries becuase they are forbidden by law to provide single use plastic items because we now presume that they would be provided. I had to buy these items on my first night in Korea which was a bit annoying though i found them at a store nearby."

"Lotte City Hotel Guro was a great hotel to stay at. The hotel is well kept and the staff was nice and very helpful. Location wise, it was between a 25 to 35-minute train ride from everywhere I wanted to go around Seoul. It was around a 5-10 minute walk away from the nearest train station. The neighborhood the hotel was based in had a lot to offer as well (convenience stores, malls, restaurants, etc.). The gym, outdoor terrace, and onsite laundromat were great. It is also right by a bus stop that takes you to ICN airport which was very convenient. Would stay here again."
