“I loved the bathtub with jets. The bed is super comfortable. There's a microwave and refrigerator. The cottage is spacious. Good location to hike the north part of the lake. Close to a ski resort. Please note there is a busy Circle K nearby. You don't have to go to the office (no one there) to check in like the instructions said. You text ahead. There's a form to fill out and this was easy. They communicated quickly at check in time.”

“No hot water the first night, black hair in the bathtub and I am a blonde and the room was filthy. I think it basically got completely skipped from prior guests. I even left a day early very nice staff that helped as much as they could with the hot water and as quickly as they could. And I do understand that the electricity goes off a lot in Big Bear and then you have to flip a switch but he had said the electricity went off a whole day prior and they should have known. But this is also I think……
