When we booked it it looked like it was just opening after being updated, so there were no reviews or pictures.upon arrival there was a blank unlit sign on the road.hoping it wasn’t the right place. Upon entering the smell was overpowering- combination of weed, pesticides and Lysol. No one was at the desk. We rang the bell a couple of times. The front desk guy came running down the steps. No greeting,He was clearly high. He gave us our keys. Had to ask him where to go. Our rooms were upstairs. No elevator. Had to drag suitcases up the stairs. The toilet didn’t flush - but there was a plunger in there?My sister was in other room. When they opened their door they could smell weed and upon opening bathroom door a plume of smoke came out! Their sheets looked dirty. Burn holes in carpet.After a sleepless night I got up and left to get coffee. When I returned I found door locked. I repeatedly rang the bell to get let back in. Finally called my husband but the same guy came running down the stairs, no shirt on. I saw roaches on the walls. Came home and washed everything I brought. Didn’t feel safe. I had more to say but ran out of space so I rewrote it and shortened it.
