good stay other than coffee service

Hotel was fine, only ding was that we didn't get a refresh of coffee service in the room and coffee service in the lobby stops at the end of breakfast service.

Very convenient, located inside a business park area. Clean, comfortable and nicely decorated. Room was spacious and bed was very comfortable. Bistro was a little disappointing, almost self-serve, and many menu items that were listed -- both food and beverages -- were not available. Good option for solo business traveler.

Very cute and up to date little apartment but the beds were so hard and uncomfortable and they need a new couch. My family and I ended up leaving a day early and book a Marriot in Westborough.

Sink was clogged and would only drain very very slowly. Somebody came right up and said he would have to take it all apart and could it wait till morning. And I said no so he called a superior and he did a very good job of remitting the issue. I just was disappointed that they wanted to wait till I was gone to fix it. The food was horrible the coffee was horrible so it was lacking in choices.

Checking in was easy. Staff was friendly. Issues with human waste in pillows in first room. Was provided an alternative room so we could repack and move at 9 at night with tired kids. Once resettled stay has been fine but management promised to follow up by noon the following day and we never heard anything more. Would have found another hotel but for graduation week and very few options. Will not stay here again.

I didn't like that when we checked in, they didn't want to look up my Marriott Bonvoy #. She said i hadn't stayed here before, so she couldn't look it up. She was pretty unpleasant. Since i had vacationed in Miami recently, and they looked up and credited my Bonvoy #.
