STAY AWAY! It's a virtual check in that doesn't respond to any messages, leaves you hold forever, and gives no email updates when they cancel your reservation same day as check in. BS company.

Staff friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Good location to stores and gas stations. Easy to get to the interstate. Had good cable channels. Air conditioning worked well. Bed was comfortable for me. Nice to have a microwave and fridge in the room. Shower water temp was good as well. Parking is fine, but don't come back late cause you'll have to park far and walk. I got back from a graduation party late and had to walk a ways. I believe I had stayed here before and I wasn't impressed way back then, but now it's much better and the price was reasonable for 2 nights. I would stay again.

The pictures on Travelocity were definitely not representative of the actual rooms. They looked as though they started to update them, but gave up. The hallways and room smelled moldy and musty. The sheets were stained, as was the bathtub. There were clumps of hair floating in the pool. The hot tub was not hot, and was in desperate need of repair. Breakfast was cold (we got there not long after breakfast started). Upon checking in, the desk rep was not present, had to wait at least 15 minutes for her to show up. Would appreciate a refund. Will not stay here again.

The owners of hotel were very professional, helpful and friendly when we arrived and when we left. Beautiful area with mountains and valleys. Very peaceful surroundings.
