“Hotels.com screwed up on the dates for the reservation and I had to cancel after I noticed they were the wrong dates. I ended up having to pay a cancellation fee or the one charge. Hotels.com screwed up the dates but I was forced to pay the hotel a cancellation fee/ one night equivalent. ”
“I liked it a lot but it is run a bit differently than one might expect. It seems to cater primarily to work crews and the units are "efficiencies." There isn't any continental breakfast service nor is there daily maid service. But these aren't meant as criticisms. The staff is great, the rooms and amenities are first-rate, and I would be pleased for the opportunity to stay there again.”
