“Very nice, clean space. Exactly as described. The apartment had everything we needed, including an ironing board (which was CLUTCH because I had to iron clothes for an appointment during my stay 😊). Secure building and good communication. The only problem was whoever came to clean in the morning took my personal towel by mistake. I always travel with my personal towels and I always use white towels, so it was an understandable error😊. I usually write my initials on the towels with a marker,……

“The hotel did not have a record of our reservation. The room was not clean nor made up. The security personnel did their best to meet our needs. Next morning the manager came knocking on our door claiming we did not have a reservation but luckily I had receipts having booked and prepaid via Expedia months in advance.
