To begin with, The air conditioning in our room did not work properly, making it uncomfortable to stay in the room, especially during the summer heat. “Hotel is so English culture not even close to worldwide , entertainment team is so loudy speak they dont give a break to people enjoying even kids are not enjoying most of the time . Service and kitchen staff is very responsive and helpful . Sea is always wavy after 3 PM . “The hotel is beautifully situated among amazing mountains. It's quiet, but with lots of different activities. The pools are phenomenal, and it's well needed in the hot temperatures we had.
