You're spoiled for sightseeing choice when visiting Lesvos. Yeni Mosque is a good place to start here, but there are numerous other fine spots to check out. Monastery of Saint Raphael, Mytilini Castle, and Thermi Beach are not far from the Muslim temple and will round out your day nicely.
