“We booked a one bedroom suite with a sofa bed for 4 guests. Yet the room assigned was literally next to the cemetery with views of tombs and you could clearly see the names. We asked to move as our children were rather startled. The staff was helpful and moved us into two rooms as all one bedroom suite was full. Cleaniness needs to be improved. Room is spacious in French hotel room standards. Staff were all helpful and friendly. ”

“Sensational!! Absolutely above expectations. A day before check in, the host reached out to advise that they had upgraded us from the suite we had booked (Matisse) to a larger suite (Modigliani). What a nice start for our trip! Upon arrival, we were able to stow our luggage and take off to tour. When we returned, we had our check in code and easily access to the unit. The unit is immaculately kept, very clean throughout, quality linens, nicely furnished. It was a loft apartment with beautiful……

“Overall, a very great stay! The rooms were very clean and the location was perfect. The laundry service was ok, the clothes did not dry very well however we air dried it in the room and that worked for us! There is also a heated drying rack in the bathroom that worked well. Air conditioning was good and staff were very prompt with responses. Our shower drain was slow the first night and they took care of it the next morning. Only negative would be check in took a bit longer than we would’ve……

“This hotel had a kitchen, which was very convenient. It was extremely clean and equipped with everything we needed. The location was great, with easy access to the metro and buses, yet it was very quiet, making our stay very comfortable. The staff were also very kind. We arrived earlier than the check-in time and asked if they could hold our luggage, but they told us the room was already ready and kindly allowed us to check in early.
