“Super Good overall. Did the Husky self drive, it was great with a great Husky farm: Matara Creek. Hotel was great overall, Spa, breakfast, services. I recommend to drive or to plan your activities with the hotel as this is 45 min from the city center. ”

“The igloo was very cosy but a bit small for four of us as a family. The kitchen has everything you needed and the delivered breakfast food was a real treat, healthy and delicious. We didn’t realise we had booked for the end of season so nothing apart from our room was operational and we didn’t get to use any of the facilities or any of the fun things which was disappointing. “Staff at the reception of Hotel Santa Claus are nice and helpful. The room in Hotel Rudolph is basic but clean and tidy. But the bathroom is really a problem. From the design of the room, it can tell that the room is for people with mobility problem so it is not suprised that the bathroom will be an accessible bathroom. But the curtain is unable to block the water when bathing, as a result, the floor of the bathroom is all wet.”

“We did not receive the details to enter the apartment till we called them up on reaching the apartment which was very inconvenient as there are many apartments and the name on them is different from what was there in the booking. We wasted a lot of time trying to locate it and get the checkin details standing in the cold outside, so the starting experience was not good at all. The apartment is very nice and the location good. However, we found it difficult to use the oven as there were no oven……
