“TV didn’t work properly, move to another room and the bathroom door didn’t close properly. Just gave up and went to bed. It’s an older building and things are going to wear out but they should be fixed. I didn’t get the sense that building maintenance was pertinent to management. ”

“We reserved a room with a king-size bed. The room was nice. It had a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, and stovetop. We used the microwave and the refrigerator. The bed had red and white sheets with a white comforter. It was an attention grabber. The main room had a loveseat and ottoman. It was nice. The mattress is the main complaint. It was well worn with holes (you know, when you've had your mattress way too long, it has a burrow where you sleep). It was comical trying to roll out of the hole……
