“The carpet needs to be replaced. It was filthy and unfortunately had a smell. Theres no smart tv so no netflix, amazon prime, etc. The iron also needs replacing. Over all the property needs some up keep. I will say the neighborhood is very nice and the gate makes you feel secure.”
