约克海滩度假短租

“Overall the property was fine for what we needed. The rooms were all nicely sized, check in and check out was super easy and location was great. Our one concern was the cleanliness. Since it was a pet friendly house we found dog hair on bed sheets and towels. ”

“We really enjoyed the location of this property. It was close to the beach and had an ocean view from the enclosed porch. Bedding and linens were provided which was great since we flew in from out of state. Washer and dryer worked well, we brought detergent and softener sheets with us and having so much sand it was great to do a load each night of swimwear and beach stuff. We brought our own beach blanket and beach towels. Living room and kitchen were well laid out, carpet had a few spots, but……

“This trip was for our walking girls trip - group of 14 over weekend and we truly everything about this place. Great interior design, warm, clean and loving atmosphere with spacious bedrooms in a great clean and welcoming neighborhood made this trip extra fun for us. Clean kitchen with all amenities, beautiful screened porch was an addition to make this place extremely desirable.”

“Upon arrival I was notified that the A/C was down (these things happen), but there were no fans or offer of compensation for the 80 degree sleepless night we had. I was simply told to keep the blinds shut, mind you the reason the room was booked was for the ocean view. Worse yet was my teenage daughter went up to the room to shower and upon my arrival there were two maintenance men in the room while she was showering. Needless to say I was furious, They were there to fix a blind which didn’t……

“Comfortable, light and airy, lovely view. Step out right onto the boardwalk and beach without trying to find a parking spot! Loved it!”

“The property was lovely and clean. The furniture was comfortable and the kitchen was equipped with everything needed to cook at home if you didn't feel like heading out to eat. There was also some beach equipment, coolers, and even bikes available by the owner for use if you didn't bring your own.The owner left a book with helpful information about nearby locations as well as explaining the trolley and parking system in the area which was valuable to someone who wasn't local. Plenty of towels……

“Very clean condo with a beautiful view of the ocean!”

“Clean”

“The owners were super responsive and accommodating to our requests!! A really convenient location for those who want to spend time in the chiller part of OC.”

“Quiet and cute decor. Nice options of front porch and back deck for breeze/sun. Front steps are somewhat steep, if you have accessibility concerns. We were happy with the kitchen, TV, room arrangements.”

“We enjoyed our stay and really appreciated how quick Karen responded to our questions.”
